CONTENT – recorded video content posted daily on the theme [see below] for the day delivered by trained coaches and experts [Trained This Naked Mind coaches and Medic/consultant surgeon – Professor Charlie Knowles & author, William Porter]
COACHING – live coaching every evening usually at 7pm into the FB group on the theme for the day – available to watch live or later.
COMMUNITY – sharing the journey with others, experiences, questions, support, thoughts, wins, losses, challenges, encouragement and beyond January opportunity to join “alumni” community of bluelight employees to continuing exploring relationship / habits around alcohol.
